Hello there! My name is KC and I live in the sunny Southern California. I have extensive personal experience in IT Consulting, website building, blogs, real estate investments, Stocks and Mutual Fund Investments, Affiliate networks, and investments in the entertainment industry.

I consider myself to be an avid shopper as well and always can spot a great deal. I do my extensive research before I buy anything more than $50. I am planning on posting reviews on some of the things that I buy with my recommendations.

I also invest in real estate because I see a lot of opportunities to make positive cash flow nowadays. I have been investing in real estate since 2007. A lot of my friends seek my advice on real estate as to where to buy a property, how to calculate income/expenses and return on investments, areas to buy and rent, creative ways to buy properties without a lot of upfront cash etc. From time to time, I will post some of my real estate tips as well.

I like making extra money on the side, so I find myself constantly exploring money making ideas and trying a few such as blogs, affiliate networks, google adsense and I have even tried ebay selling. I will be posting all my money making ideas as well in this blog.

Most if not all of the information I post will be based on my personal experience. Hope you readers find useful information here!
